Just want Himiko?
Hello! My name is Himiko. I was a queen who lived a very, very long time ago. My home was a special place with many islands. Today, people call my home Japan. It was so beautiful. I loved my home and all of my people. I wanted to help everyone be happy and safe, so I worked hard to be a good queen for them.
When I became queen around the year 189, my home was not very peaceful. People were not listening to each other, and it made me sad to see them unhappy. I had a special job. I was a shamaness. That means I helped people talk to each other and become friends again. I helped them find peace in their hearts. My younger brother helped me, too. Together, we worked to make our home a happy and quiet place for everyone.
I also wanted to make friends with people who lived far away. Around the year 238, I sent my helpers on big boats. They sailed across the big, blue ocean to a place called China. They came back with wonderful gifts! They brought back shiny, special mirrors that were very exciting to see. I lived a long life and always tried to help my people. Today, people remember me as a mysterious and powerful queen who brought peace to her home. It makes me happy to know that my story is still being told.
