Child Safety & Privacy
If you think your child has signed up or given us information without your consent, please reach out to us at legal@mystorypie.com immediately so we can have that information removed. We've created Storypie to be used by Parents with their children to maintain 100% safety for children. We would love your feedback if you think we can do an even better job!

- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On the apps, go to Settings > Account and follow the prompts. For Apple/Google subscriptions, manage them via your device's App Store/Play Store account. On web, click your profile in the top right and then "My Profile" to manage your subscription if you purchased on the web. - How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?
Email us at support@mystorypie.com with details and screenshots if possible. - How do I delete my account?
You can delete your own account by going to the settings section (My Profile on web and Account on apps), which removes all of your stored user data immediately from the website and app. Alternatively, you can email support@mystorypie.com from your registered email address with "Delete my account" in the subject line. - Where can I find your Privacy Policy?
