3. Eligibility & Accounts

• Parents/guardians must create and manage accounts for children under 13.

Subject to these Terms, Storypie grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any Content you create.
• By submitting Content, you grant Storypie a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it within the Services.
• You represent and warrant you have the rights to submit such Content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any law or third‑party rights.
• Post harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services.
• Harvest personal data of other users.

7. Fees & Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Subscription terms, renewal, and refund policies will be presented at purchase.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for convenience.
• Upon termination, licenses granted hereunder immediately end.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storypie and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Storypie against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post updates here with a new "Effective Date." Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Storypie.
