During the Middle Ages, I helped bakers and shoemakers open their own little shops. They would wake up early to bake yummy bread or craft cozy shoes, and I helped them share their creations with the whole town. They turned what they loved to do into their job.

Today, I am everywhere. I’m in the person who opens a new ice cream shop with a super-swirly flavor. I’m with kids who set up a lemonade stand on a sunny day.
