Ocean Conservancy

Hello! Our name is Ocean Conservancy. We are a team of helpers who love the big, blue ocean. Our most important job is to keep the ocean water clean and healthy. We work hard to protect the ocean and all the wonderful animals that live there. We help big whales who sing songs, sea turtles who swim so gracefully, and schools of shiny fish. The ocean is a giant home, and we are its caretakers. We want every animal to have a safe and happy place to live.

One of our biggest jobs is helping people clean up beaches. We ask friends and families from all over the world to join our team for a big cleanup day. Every year, lots of helpers come to the sandy shores to pick up trash that has washed up. Together, we find things like plastic bottles, old bags, and lost toys. By working together as one big team, we can make a huge difference. We help make the beaches beautiful again. This also keeps the water safe for animals, so they don't mistake trash for food.

We work every single day to make sure the ocean is a safe and healthy home for all the creatures who live in it. A clean ocean means animals have clean water to breathe and safe places to build their nests. It also means they can find healthy food to eat. When the water is free from trash, whales, turtles, and fish can swim and grow strong. A healthy ocean means happy ocean animals. Helping the ocean helps everyone, because we all need our planet to be healthy and clean.
