The story

A Story from the Biggest Continent

I have tall, tall mountains that wear snowy white hats all year long. I have warm, sunny beaches where the water plays tag with your toes, tickling them with tiny waves. In my green jungles, you can hear happy monkeys chattering high up in the trees, telling silly stories to each other. I also have quiet gardens filled with pink and yellow flowers that smell so sweet, like candy. I am a place full of wonders, big and small. Hello. I am Asia, the biggest continent in the whole wide world. I am so big that I can hold many amazing places all at once.

I have so many amazing stories to tell you. Long, long ago, clever people who lived with me learned how to plant tiny seeds that grew into yummy rice for their dinner. They were very smart. A long, long time ago, around the year 100, they even learned how to make paper for drawing happy pictures and kites that could fly high in the sky. They also made colorful fireworks that go POP. and paint the night with sparkly lights. I have a very long wall called the Great Wall. It is like a stone ribbon that goes up and down over my hills to keep everyone safe. I also had a special path called the Silk Road, where friends from far away would walk and share shiny silk, tasty spices, and wonderful stories.

Today, I am a happy home for so many people. They all sing different songs and eat delicious foods, like noodles and sweet fruits. They build tall, sparkling cities that touch the clouds. They also take good care of my special animals, like sleepy pandas who munch on leaves and brave tigers with stripy coats. I love being a place full of bright colors, good friends, and exciting new adventures. I hope you will come visit me someday to see all my wonders for yourself.
