My Clean and Cozy Bath Time

Bathing is how I use warm water and soap to clean my whole body. It is important because it washes away the dirt and germs I collect all day while playing and learning. Keeping my body clean helps it stay strong and healthy.

First, a grown-up helps me make sure the water is warm and just right. After I get in the tub, I use a washcloth with soap to make lots of bubbles. I use the washcloth to scrub my arms, legs, tummy, and back. When I am all soapy, I rinse all the bubbles off until my skin is squeaky clean. Then, I get out of the tub and wrap myself in a big, soft towel to get dry.

Taking a bath helps me feel fresh and comfortable, especially before I go to bed. It washes away germs that could make me sick, so it is an important part of staying healthy. It also feels really good to be all clean and cozy in my pajamas after my bath.
