Santos FC

Hello! We are a soccer team called Santos Futebol Clube. You can just call us Santos FC. We come from a big country named Brazil. Our home is a city called Santos. We have been a team for a very, very long time. When our players get on the field to play a game, they wear our team colors. Our colors are black and white. It is easy to spot us in our black and white uniforms. We love to play soccer for all the people who live in our city and who cheer for us.

A long time ago, a very famous player was on our team. His name was Pelé. Pelé was known all around the world. People said he was one of the very best soccer players who ever lived. He was so good at kicking the ball and scoring goals for our team! With Pelé playing with us, we became a famous team. We worked together and won so many games. We also won big, shiny trophies. A trophy is a special prize you get for being a champion. We were so proud to win trophies with Pelé.

Our team still plays soccer today! We have lots of new players who run and kick the ball. We are always looking for new players who love soccer. We help young players learn how to be great. One of the players we helped was named Neymar. He grew up to be a very famous soccer player, too. Our fans are a big part of our team. They come to the stadium to watch our games. They cheer loudly for us. It makes our players so happy to hear them cheering!
