That's where I come in. Hello, I’m Conflict Resolution. I'm not a person, but I am a powerful skill. I am the process of finding a peaceful way to solve a problem between people. Instead of letting arguments get bigger and bigger, I help you listen, understand, and work together to find a solution that everyone can feel good about. I turn a 'me vs. you' problem into an 'us vs. the problem' challenge.
