Conflict Resolution

Have you and a friend ever wanted to play with the same toy at the same time? It can feel frustrating! My name is Conflict Resolution, and I am the special skill that helps you solve those tricky problems. I help people talk and listen so everyone can feel happy and understood again.

I remember helping two friends, Leo and Mia. They both wanted to be the first to go down the slide. Instead of pushing, I helped them stop and take a breath. Leo said, 'I want to go first!' and Mia said, 'Me too!'. I helped them think of a fair idea. They decided to play rock-paper-scissors, and the winner went down the slide on the 1st turn, and the other friend went on the 2nd.

Seeing Leo and Mia solve their problem showed me how powerful I can be. I help turn a frustrating moment into a fair and fun one. I learned that finding a solution together makes playtime better for everyone. I continue to help friends everywhere learn how to solve problems and keep playing happily.
