Hi there, I'm Happiness. I am the warm, sunny feeling you get inside your tummy and the big smile that spreads across your face. I am the feeling of joy you have when something wonderful happens.

I visit when you get a big, warm hug from someone you love. You can feel me when you're playing with your favorite toy or laughing with a friend. I am there when you learn something new, like how to tie your shoes all by yourself. I love helping you feel good and bright.
