My Strong Voice

Hello. Sometimes you might feel a funny, wiggly feeling when a friend asks you to do something you know you shouldn't. That feeling is a part of what people call peer pressure. I am the brave and strong voice inside you that helps you say 'no' and make choices that feel right for you.

I am there to help you in moments like when a friend wants you to take a toy that isn't yours. At first, you might feel worried about what your friend will think if you say no. But then, I help you find your strength. I help you stand tall, look your friend in the eye, and say, 'I don't think that's a good idea.' It feels good to be true to yourself and make a choice you can be proud of.

I am still with you every day, helping you grow stronger in your choices. Listening to me helps you become a person who is kind, honest, and brave. I am the part of you that keeps learning to do the right thing, even when it feels a little bit hard.
