You might feel me when you finish a big puzzle or build the tallest block tower ever. You also feel me when you share a drawing you worked hard on, and your family says how wonderful it is. When I show up, I help you feel good about yourself. This happy feeling helps you want to try new things, even if they seem a little scary at first.
