Just want Hydration (Drinking Water)?

The story

My Body's Super Drink

My body needs water to feel great and have energy for playing. Drinking water helps me run super fast and jump super high. When I drink water, I give my body a special power-up. This helps me think big thoughts and grow strong.

Here is how I give my body the water it needs. When I wake up, I take a few sips of water to start my day. I can ask a grown-up for a fun water bottle to keep with me. When I feel thirsty or get hot from playing, I know that’s my body telling me it is time for more water.

Drinking water all day helps my body stay healthy and strong. It gives me the energy I need for school and for playing. Keeping my body happy with water is an important way I take care of myself every day.
