Just want Vitamins?

The story

Tiny Helpers in My Food

Vitamins are tiny helpers that I find in my yummy food. They help me run super fast and jump really high. They give me lots of energy to play all day long. My vitamin helpers also help my eyes see clearly and keep me from getting sniffles.

My grown-up says I can find my vitamin helpers by eating a rainbow. First, I eat red foods like a crunchy apple. This helps my heart stay strong. Then, I eat orange foods like a sweet carrot, which helps my eyes see things. I also eat green foods, like little broccoli trees. They make my bones tough so I can climb. Eating lots of colors every day gives my body all the helpers it needs.

Eating my rainbow of foods with all the tiny helpers is important. It helps my body feel good and stay healthy. When I have my vitamins, I have the energy to learn at school and play with my friends. It helps me grow bigger and stronger every single day.
