Federico García Lorca

Hello. My name is Federico García Lorca. I grew up in a sunny place called Spain, where I loved to listen to music and stories. I would watch puppet shows and imagine all sorts of wonderful adventures. The world felt like a big, beautiful song to me.

When I grew up, I wanted to share my feelings with everyone. I wrote poems that sounded like music and plays filled with magic. I wrote about the silvery moon, bright red poppies, and the colors of my home. I even started a special theater on wheels to bring my stories to people in small towns, so everyone could enjoy a little bit of magic and fun.

I lived to be 38 years old. Even though my time was short, my songs and stories are still shared today. People remember me for the music in my words and the colorful pictures I painted with them. My stories live on, reminding everyone to look at the world with wonder and a happy heart.
