Just want Robert Falcon Scott?
Hello. My name is Robert Falcon Scott, but you can call me Scott. Ever since I was a boy in England, I dreamed of adventure. I loved the big, wide ocean. When I grew up, I became a sailor and sailed all over the world in big ships. I loved discovering new places and seeing new things.
My biggest adventure was a trip to a place called Antarctica. It is the coldest, snowiest, and windiest place on the whole planet. I traveled there on my special ship, the Terra Nova. Brrr, it was chilly. I saw so many amazing things, like funny penguins waddling on the ice and sleepy seals sunbathing. My dream was to be the first person to walk all the way to the bottom of the world, a special spot called the South Pole. I gathered my bravest friends to come with me on the long, exciting journey across the ice.
The journey to the South Pole was very, very hard. The wind howled and the snow was deep. My friends and I had to be strong and brave every single day. I lived to be 43 years old. People remember me and my team for our courage on that great adventure. I hope my story makes you want to explore the wonderful world around you, too. There are always new adventures waiting.
