Just want Steve Jobs?
Hello! My name is Steve Jobs. I was born on February 24th, 1955. I grew up in a place in California that would later be called Silicon Valley. My dad, Paul, was great at fixing things, and our garage was filled with all sorts of tools and electronics. I loved watching him work on projects. From him, I learned that if you could dream of something, you could probably find a way to build it.
I met a friend named Steve Wozniak, who was a genius with electronics. We both loved computers, but back then, they were huge machines that only big companies used. We had a crazy idea: what if we could make a computer that was small enough to fit in your home? So, in 1976, we started our own company right in my parents' garage. We decided to call it Apple.
Our first computers were a big hit. But I wanted to make them even simpler for everyone to use. In 1984, we introduced a very special computer called the Macintosh. Instead of typing confusing commands, you could just click on little pictures, called icons, with a new tool we called a mouse. It felt like magic and it completely changed how people thought about computers.
For a little while, I left Apple and started some new adventures. One of those adventures was helping a small company called Pixar. They wanted to make movies using only computers, which no one had ever done before. It was a huge challenge, but in 1995, we did it. We released the movie *Toy Story*, the first-ever full-length computer-animated film. It showed that technology could be used to create beautiful art and tell wonderful stories.

I eventually returned to Apple in 1997, and we got busy creating amazing new things. We made colorful computers called iMacs that were fun and easy to set up. In 2001, we created the iPod so you could carry a thousand songs right in your pocket. Then, in 2007, we introduced the iPhone, which was a phone, a music player, and an internet machine all in one tiny device. We always tried to 'think differently' and make products that were both useful and beautiful.
I lived to be 56 years old, and I spent my life trying to create tools that would help people be creative and connect with each other. I hoped to make a little dent in the universe. Today, people all over the world use the things we dreamed up to learn, to create, to talk to loved ones, and to share their own big ideas with the world.
