Just want The Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama)?
Hello. My name is Siddhartha Gautama. A very long time ago, around the year 563 BCE, I was born in a beautiful place called Lumbini. I was a prince. My father was a king, and I lived in a grand palace with lovely gardens and everything I could ever wish for. I had wonderful clothes, delicious food to eat, and lots of toys to play with. But even with all of those things, I always felt like something important was missing from the world outside my palace walls.
When I was 29 years old, I decided to leave the palace for the first time to see the world. On my journey, I saw things that made me very sad. I saw a very old man who had trouble walking, a person who was sick, and I learned that all people eventually pass away. This was the very first time I understood that everyone experiences suffering and sadness in their lives. But then, I saw a holy man who looked calm and peaceful, even though he only had a simple robe and a bowl. Seeing him gave me an idea.
I knew I had to find a way to end suffering and find true peace for everyone. So, I made a very big decision. I left my life as a prince behind to search for answers. For six years, I traveled to different places, learned from wise teachers, and spent a lot of time thinking quietly by myself. I really wanted to understand why people are unhappy and how I could help them find happiness that lasts forever.
One day, I sat down to meditate under a large fig tree. I sat there, very still and focused, until I found a deep understanding about life. It felt like I was waking up for the very first time. In that moment, around the year 528 BCE, I became the Buddha, which means 'the one who is awake.' I had finally found the path to peace and the end of suffering.

I spent the rest of my life traveling and sharing what I had learned with everyone who wanted to listen. I taught people how to be kind, how to be mindful, and how to find peace within themselves.
