The Happy Wiggle Inside You

Do you ever feel like you have happy bubbles inside you that want to pop out. When you run super fast across the grass, climb a big tall slide, or stretch your arms way up to the sky. That bouncy, strong, can-do-anything feeling is me. I'm the reason you can play tag, dance to a song, and give the biggest, squeeziest hugs. Hello. I’m Physical Fitness.

I've been around for a very, very long time. Before there were playgrounds or bouncy balls, I helped the first people run fast to chase their food and be strong enough to build cozy homes. It was my job to keep them safe and healthy. Then, a long time ago in a sunny place called Ancient Greece, people thought I was so important that they created special games just for me. Around the year 776 BCE, they started the first Olympic Games, where they would run, jump, and throw to see who was the strongest and fastest. It was a big party to celebrate healthy bodies.

Today, you can find me everywhere you go. I'm in the splash you make in the pool, the pedal-power on your bicycle, and the silly wiggles you do during a dance party. Every time you move your body and play, you are helping me keep you healthy and strong. I make your heart happy and your muscles ready for any adventure. So, what are we waiting for. Let's go play.
