Just want World Food Programme?
Hello! We are the World Food Programme. Our most important job is to help people who do not have enough food to eat. We want to make sure everyone in the world, especially children, has healthy meals to fill their tummies. When people have good food, they can feel strong and happy. We are helpers who share food with friends all over the world.
We have many ways to bring food to people who need it. We use big trucks that drive on long roads. We use boats that float across big blue waters. We also use airplanes that fly high up in the sky! We fill our trucks, boats, and airplanes with yummy food like rice and beans. We give this food to families so they can cook their own meals. We also bring food to schools, so children can have a good lunch and be ready to learn.
Our biggest wish is for a world where no one is ever hungry. We know that when children have enough food, they have lots of energy to run, jump, and play. Having a full tummy also helps them learn new things at school. Every single day, we work very hard to share food. We want to help make sure every child can grow up healthy and strong.
