Just want Bravery?
Hello, I'm Bravery. I am the feeling you get when you do something even though it feels a little scary. I'm not about having no fear. I'm about taking a deep breath and trying anyway. I live inside everyone, ready to help you grow. You might feel me on the first day of school when you walk into a new classroom full of faces you don't know yet. I am there when you meet new friends on the playground. I am also with you when you decide it's time to ride your bike without training wheels for the first time.
I show up in many small moments of your day. You might feel me when your teacher asks a question and your hand wants to go up. I am the feeling that helps you raise it high. Sometimes telling a grown-up the truth can be hard, but I help you find the words. On the playground, if you see a friend who needs help, I am the feeling that encourages you to stand up for them. I am even there when you go to the doctor for a check-up. I can feel like a flutter in your tummy at first. Then, I turn into a strong, steady feeling that helps you do the right thing and grow.
