The story

I Am Bravery

Hi there. My name is Bravery. I am the special feeling inside you that helps you do something even when you feel a little bit scared. I help you be strong when you are learning something new, like riding a scooter for the first time.

You might find me when you say 'hello' to a new friend at the park. I am also there when you let a grown-up look at your teeth at the dentist. I pop up when you hear a loud noise but peek out to see it was just a truck.

Sometimes I feel like a superhero cape on your back, making you stand up tall. Other times, I am a quiet little spark in your tummy that whispers, 'You can do it.'. It is okay to feel scared and brave at the same time.

I am always inside you, even when you do not feel me. I help you grow bigger and stronger every day. I am here to help you explore your world, try new things, and learn how amazing and capable you are.
