Hello. My name is Kindness. I am the warm, happy feeling you get when you are sweet and helpful to others. I am there when you share your favorite toy with a friend or give your grown-up a big hug.

You can find me when you use gentle hands with a pet or help a friend who has fallen down. I pop up when you say 'thank you' to someone who helps you. I love to see you being a helper and a good friend to everyone.

When you share me with others, I make your heart feel sunny and full. I help you make new friends and show your family how much you love them. I am always here to help you be a good friend.
