Just want Brushing Teeth?
First, I get my special toothbrush. I ask a grown-up to put a little dot of toothpaste on it, just the size of a pea. This helps make my teeth super clean and shiny so I can have a bright smile.
Now I brush my teeth in little circles, like tiny wheels going around. I make sure to brush the tops, the fronts, and the backs of all my teeth, even the ones way in the back that are hiding. I brush for as long as it takes to sing the 'Happy Birthday' song two times to get all the sugar bugs out.
When I'm done, I spit all the bubbly toothpaste into the sink. Then I rinse my mouth with a little water and swish it around. My mouth feels so fresh and my teeth feel smooth and strong, ready for a happy day.
