Just want Isaac Asimov?
Hello. My name is Isaac. I was born a long time ago, in the year 1920. When I was a little boy, my favorite thing in the whole world was to read books. I would read stories about anything and everything. In 1923, my family moved to a big city called New York. I discovered the most wonderful place there: the library. It was filled with more books than I could count, and I wanted to read all of them.
Besides reading, I loved science. I was always asking questions about how things work. I loved to imagine what the world would be like way, way in the future. I thought about friendly robots who could help people, and giant spaceships that could travel to the stars. I decided to write all my ideas down in stories so that other people could imagine these amazing things with me.
I wrote and wrote and wrote for many, many years. I wrote hundreds of books. I lived to be 72 years old and passed away in the year 1992. Even today, children and grown-ups read my stories to dream about the future, explore outer space, and meet amazing robots. My ideas are still helping people imagine what tomorrow might be like.
