Just want King Ferdinand II of Aragon?
Hello! My name is Ferdinand. A long, long time ago, I was a prince, and then I became a king! I lived in a big castle in a land called Aragon. Being a king was a very important job. I wore a crown and helped make sure everyone in my kingdom was safe and happy.
One day, I met a wonderful queen named Isabella. She was the ruler of a land right next to mine, called Castile. We decided to get married and join our lands together! We became a team, King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. Together, we created one big, strong kingdom called Spain. We worked hard every day to make it a wonderful place to live.
Isabella and I loved new ideas. A brave sailor named Christopher Columbus came to us and said he wanted to sail across the big, wide ocean to find a new way to faraway lands. We thought it was a fantastic idea! We gave him three ships for his adventure. His journey helped people learn so much more about our amazing world. I lived a long life, and people remember me and Isabella for helping make Spain a great kingdom and for supporting brave explorers on their incredible adventures.
