Hi, I'm Making Friends!
Hello. I am the happy, warm feeling you get when you meet someone new. I help you say “hi” and ask someone to play. I am Making Friends, and I feel like sunshine inside you.
You might feel me when you see someone on the swings at the park. At first, you might feel a little shy. But then, I help you walk over, give a little wave, and ask, 'Can I play too?'. When you share a toy or take turns pushing the swing, that’s me helping you grow a new friendship.
I am always here to help you be brave and kind. Every time you smile at someone new, I grow stronger. Learning to make friends is a happy adventure that never ends.
