The story

The Story of Making Friends

Hi, my name is Making Friends. I’m that flutter of excitement and nerves you feel when you meet someone new. I show up on the first day of school, at your first soccer practice, or when a new family moves in next door. I am the process of turning a stranger into someone you can share secrets, laughs, and adventures with. I help you build the connections that make life more fun.

My journey starts with a small step, like a simple 'hi' or asking, 'Can I play?' From there, I help you find things you both like—maybe you discover you love the same video game or both think pineapple on pizza is weird. Sometimes it feels awkward, but I help you push past the silence. Soon, you're sharing snacks, helping each other with homework, and choosing to sit together at lunch. That's me at work, building a bridge between two people, one shared moment at a time, until you have a real friendship.

I am always here, ready for the next hello. I am a journey that never truly ends, because there are always new people to meet and new connections to build. I teach you how to be brave, kind, and open to others. Remember that every great friendship starts with a single, simple step.
