Hi there. My name is Patience. I am that calm and quiet feeling you get when you have to wait for something you really, really want. Sometimes waiting is hard, but I am here to help you.

You might need me when you're waiting for your turn on the big, curly slide at the park. Or when you are waiting for a tiny seed you planted to grow into a beautiful flower. I am also there when you have to wait for your birthday party to finally arrive.

When you use me, you can take a deep breath and find something fun to do while you wait, like singing a song or counting the clouds. It makes the waiting time feel shorter and happier. I help you stay calm instead of feeling wiggly and upset.
