How I Brush My Hair

Brushing my hair helps get the sleepy tangles out and makes it ready for the day. I use my special brush that feels good. I can brush in the morning for school or at night to be comfy for bed.

First, I hold my brush. I start at the very bottom of my hair and brush the ends gently to get little knots out. Then, I move up a little higher and brush down again, until all the tangles are gone and my hair is smooth.

Brushing my hair stops the tangles from pulling, so it doesn't hurt. It makes my hair feel soft and look shiny and neat. It's a quiet time that helps me feel calm and ready for my day.
