Just want Playing Outside?
First, I ask a grown-up if it's time to play outside. My grown-up helps me pick the right clothes, like a hat for a sunny day or a coat for a rainy day. Then, I put on my shoes that are good for running and jumping, and I am ready for an adventure!
When I am outside, there are so many fun things to do. I can run super fast and feel the wind on my face. I can look for wiggly worms in the dirt or watch busy ants march in a line. I can also throw a ball high in the air with a friend or draw a big, colorful picture on the sidewalk with chalk.
Playing outside makes my body strong and healthy. Feeling the warm sun and fresh air can make me feel happy and full of energy. When I am done, my body feels tired in a good way, which helps me rest and sleep well.
