My body needs safe water to feel good. Safe water is the clean, clear water that is good for our bodies. It helps me feel strong and healthy so I can play all day long. I can find it in my kitchen or in a water bottle.
When I feel thirsty, I know how to get a drink. I ask a grown-up for help. First, I find a clean cup. Then, I go to the kitchen sink and turn on the cold water. I watch the water fill up my cup before I take a big, refreshing drink!
Drinking lots of safe water helps my body have energy to run, jump, and learn new things. It keeps my tummy from feeling sick and helps me grow big and strong every single day. This is why drinking water is so important for me.
